A problem with the board... (Gasp!)

I have noticed a very frustrating problem with this board sometimes. When I am writing a particularly long message to the board, one that has taken a long time to compose, and then I hit send, the board tells me "please enter user name and password." Even though I was already logged in, I think "OK" and click "Back" to resubmit...but my message has been deleted!! This is extremely annoying and has caused no less than 3 of my masterpieces of thought and literature to be lost to the void. If if is possible, can you two do somethign about this problem?

yeah, I've also noticed this. It also doesn't save your msg if you enter an incorrect user name/password. Not that I'd ever be dumb enough to do that. But it's still really annoying.

<BR>And, I think about the logging on thing, I'm not so sure that that's a failure to remember you logged in so much that certain things seem to ask you for your user name and password w/o actually logging you in. But maybe that's only if you use the board the "wrong" way...I'm not sure...

Happens to me all the time. I don't know about the rest of you but I pretty much perfer webbbs boards right now, if only it would have a new version out that required user registration to post it would be perfect.
