That's right. 12. The middle, in-between age where everyone looks at you and says "Hey, look at that little punk kid who doesn't know anything about life and only causes trouble in the world and will never make a difference". Hmph. Life sure ain't as easy for a kid as you may think.
I'll start my diary thingeemabobwiggerjigger out all plain and simple: My name is Greg, and I'm just a young, growing 12 year old kid in middle school. What I will reveal to you peoples of older age will astonish, amaze, and even surprise you of what really goes on in school and life these days for a teenager. No, kids don't walk around in plaid pants or listen to music during lunch or wear afros and do the disco. It's much, much different. Not only will I reveal his vital information, but I will even show you the way I feel about it, and tell you how my life is going.
My outlook on life is simple: Live it to the fullest, see the world, go places, read books, do things, meet people, yadda yadda yadda. I mean, we've only got one life to live, so why waste it on stuff you don't need to make yourself happy???
So sit back, relax, and enjoy...

Oh boy, there's so much to say with so little space, and time, and memory, and exc. I don't know where to begin.....
So tomorrow I'm back to school, Thanksgiving break was such a great time to just get away from the hubbub that is school. It's too bad it had to end.... I went to see my grandma with my family for Thanksgiving and it was loads of fun. Of course, it would've been better if we hadn't brought along my overly cute nd extremely smart coccer spaniel dog Charlie, who sort of, well, had a few bites of a cake. hehe.......
Wow, I just finished watching the He-Man and the Masters of the Universe marathon on Cartoon Network and I'm about to have a heart attack. That show is extremely...................... booooooooooooooooring. "I...have.....the POWER!!!" It gets a lil old after the first time. Back to the Simpsons...... "Save me jeebus!" Much better.
So I'm sitting on a chair in front of the computer screen wondering what to say. The blare of my sister's mind numblingly dreadful rap/hip hop music is ringing in my ears. (I guess she's just like that...) Oh wait, now she's asking if she can go to a movie with some guy... an accident waiting to happen. (Is it me, or am I sounding like a parent?)
Ooooooook. Wish me luck as I venture off into school once more. I'll speak again when it's over....

Well, well, well. We meet again.
School today wasn't as bad as most days are; which is extremely, mind-numbingly boring. It was actually sorta fun. So I'll give you a step-by-step account. (for those of you really interested)
So I wake up at 6:05, but just stay in bed for a while, saying to myself that I'll get up in five minutes, and then staying and saying I'll get up in another five minutes, and so on and so forth. So I get up at 6:30 and take a quick shower, then run through all the homework to make sure I've got it, then hop into the car and drive off. So I get to school and am met with my good friend Stephen, and another guy named Danny. So we talk, laugh, and have a great time, and then the bell rings at 7:30 and we go our separate ways off to first period. In my case, that's science. So we copy some diagrams and listen to some lectures, and even talk about TV shows.
While I'm on the topic of TV shows, I'd like to say that that Steven Spielberg miniseries called Taken is truly spectacular. It's 20 hours long!!!!!!!!  Yup, and it's on SciFi channel for those of you who want to know.
Anywayz, I go off to PE, and take a test on this really dumb, idiotic game that the coaches made up called "Speed-a-way". Then we play some basketball and I'm off to Drama. Drama is actually quite fun, since there's never homework or classwork from a book. It's only the second day of it, so we haven't really gotten into it that much. Next I go over to the whole other side of the school to language arts, which is a complete blast. We're reading Animal Farm atm and it's not too bad compared to other required school reading. Next is lunch, where I basically just hang out with Stephen and my other friend Alex, or play basketball or occasionally go to the computer lab. Fifth period is World History, which I have mixed feelings about. The stuff that we learn I find really interesting, but the teacher is really, really strrraaaannngeeee. (Insert Twilight Zone music) Finally I have math, which I'll talk about later cuz I've got to go to bed. Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeek.
ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

I'm baaaaa-aaaaaack.
So it's been a pretty regular weekend, with just some of the regular things going on. On Friday , my friend Stephen came over. Each time he comes we always go down to the golf course via a secret hiking trail that allows anyone to just walk onto the course without admission. Then, we hide in the bushes and wait for some people to hit a ball, and then we run out onto the course, steal the ball, and run like the wind back up the trail. It really is a ton of fun. Then we played some video games (Gamecube, of course), and played some ping pong, and played and played and played and played to our heart's content.
Yesterday I went with my family and got a Christmas tree. ("It's beginning to look alot like Christmas") and ate at Red Robin, one of my favorite places around. (mainly cuz of the Ranch dressing...mmmmmm......Ranch dressing........yummy) Then I stopped at Barnes and Noble, just to see if anything had changed since I last visited. (approx. 3 days) And, well, nothing had.
And today it's Sunday and I'm going out with my family to a place where there are more Christmas celebrations. (I just love this time of year) But right now I've got to do some homework...pfftt...
