pm stuff

Well, changed the PM layout quite a bit, and added something I've been wanting to add for ages. There are a few things you can do with your PM's, like move and delete. The new option there is "backup"
What this does is take the PM's you've selected (one or multiple), make a html file out of them and give you the option to save that file on your computer. Simple as that.

There's also a quota thingie there. I haven't got a clue if it works since my PM box is always way over the limit

EDIT: well, i just went back to look at it, and it seems fine now....i dunno what was going on before, but the whole box for the limit was green...and er...strange...

Anyway, the new layout is great....actually, it helps me out with the WTP a lot :D

Well...it seems that a little absnot has spilled into the news forum....

anyway, i have a real question, having just used the backup feature....

First off, thank god for this feature, as without it i would have been forced to copy and paste all of the WTP responses to some file on my comp....

Seconly, does it always back up all of the PM's in all of your folders in the same html file, or can you exclude/include just certain ones? I thought it would only back up ones i selected (in my wtp responses folder) but it ended up creating a backup of all of them in all the folders.....Am i doing something incorrectly?

Anyway, it still kicks ass, because without it, the PM limit would kick my ass....

Umm, no, it just makes a html file of the messages you selected. It works like that for me.

There's an "ALL messages" option next to the backup button, and that one will backup the whole lot, no matter what you did and didn't select. Don't use that option if you just want to save a selection. Other then that I don't know why it would backup all your stuff. Let me know how things go

I don't understand why I only have two PMs, one from LT and one from MS, and it says I'm at 64% of my limit. I used to have around ten or so of them. was the max amount brought down or something? how is your pm limit reckoned?

Your quota includes Sent PM's. You might have a bunch of them there.

Other then that, nothing has been done that can remove PM's.
