Alrightee then...
I started drawing this about 6 months ago... and I guess I should finish it. But... I really don't know what to do. Besides darkening her up quite a bit ( sorry, the scanner gave her a green tint :dozey: ), does anyone have any suggestions on how to do the dress, or change facial features (hair;) ) or anything else like that? Please help me! I'm desperate  !
P.S. If it isn't dark enough to see, I'll fix it and post another one...

Good pic, but don't just draw a beautiful women, stick to the descriptions. Tuon is described as having large, inquisitive eyes, and looks very young. Well done though, don't stop drawing!

Tuon is black. Don't forget that either.

Actually, I think the Seanchan are supposed to have asian looks. The Sea folk, on the other hand, are told to have black skin.
Nice start on the drawing, but as Logain said, Tuon is childlike, with large watery eyes and boyish body. Try to get us to feel that when you draw, and you've gotten a long way on the road.
It's always harder to draw close-up portraits, too, since you don't give the spectator anything else to look at but a face -- which means that is has to be almost perfect in anatomy.
It's a little hard to see the full impact of the drawing since it's so big on the page. Do you think that you can turn it down to half the size?

I like it. I like the expression
I think you should use more shades. Sometimes I´m afraid of too much dark on the faces. But shades is the key to real life on a fece.

I understand it as this: The Seanchan are modelled after India, the Athan'Miere Africa, Saldaea Asia (and maybe a bit Hispanic), and Aiel are European.
I love the picture, but yeah, keep in mind that when Mat first saw her he literally thought she was a little girl, and she has big wide eyes. But it's great as a stand off piece.

I think it's safe to say that froggy isn't going to fix it here. ;)

You never know. Froggy, after a absence of longer than two years, might just come back. I can't believe that this is the second episode of necrophillia for this thread.
