Number of books in WOT

Everybody wants to know how many books there will be in the series, and so do i. it is my theory that there will be 13 books.
the theory is based on the fact that there is 13 everything in WOT

13 Forsaken
13 Mydraal and 13 Drealords to turn an Aes Sedai to the Shadow
13 Main characters - Rand, Perrin, Mat, Min, Elayne, Aviendha, Faile, Lolail, Thom, Moraine, Lan, Egwene, and Nynaeve.
There are more 13s, but that's all I can think of now

any thoughts?

I guess the best guess is the one Jordan has made in some chat sessions: he thinks there will be around 13 books

My God, I had never thought of THAT before. About the Myrdral and such I did know, of course. 13 is one of THOSE numbers that tend to be given a special mythological/magical meaning, but that also the number of main characters had that number is not something I've even considered. Or heard anyone consider (it would fit to equal the number of forsaken though, I guess). I guess with that, it really would fit with 13 books in all. And it might well end up being so. After Winters Heart was published, RJ has been quoted as saying that there will be "atleast three more books" in the series

I'm sure there are. Or maybe some number that you get if you take adding up 13 to X.
