Again, I'll be working as a US Park Ranger on the National Mall in DC. In other words, I'll be working at the Lincoln, the Jefferson, the Franklin Roosevelt, the Korean War Veterans, the Vietnam War Veterans, and the Washington Monument. So if any of y'all happen to be in DC during this summer, come and visit one of those sites between 8 am and about 3:30 pm and I'll likely be there. I can give a kickass tour, too, especially at the Lincoln Memorial.

Got any alternative to those parks in Europe? Hyde park, will you make any stops there too?
Well, I went underneath Hyde Park almost every day back between January and April, but nothing like that is planned for this summer, no.

Well, I'd be glad to come visit you if the dollar wasn't so high. It's almost 11 krona, for those who can relate to that...

I'll be starting my new summer job soon, also a guide job (hmm, I know I told Harun about it). Anyway, it's at a science center in Göteborg (called Universeum) and you get to show little kids science experiments and stuff... kind of fun, actually.

Working with little kids is fun when it's stuff like that, older kids are too cynical to enjoy it. Little ones "ooh" and "aah" and pull you around by the hand to show you things.
Ah, that's right, you told me about that. Very neat, indeed. Between the two of us, we've got quite a lot of disciplines covered in dealing with the public, eh?

Yup, that's true.

On a side note, I know I told you I have this great photo of us in NY. When I do get around to scanning it, is it ok if I mail it Sofie as well, so she can put it in the list of wotists? Hmm, maybe you'd like to see it first, so you can exercise veto rights if you don't like it... : )
I trust your judgement with this one. After all, I'm positively radiant in all photographs that I appear in, so I'm all for it. *g* That would be cool if that pic appears on Sofie's page.

Ok, I'll go ahead then. But it'll be a little while, cause I'm now at our summer place and I have sporadic web access atm... I'm basically lazing about and reading, in preparation for soon having to actually work...

Well, Will, you know, you could just do things like sports and games for the nine-year-olds, you know. That is a fairly traditional thing to do.
