Aiel warriors cut there hair short, trimmed down to a distance of up to an inch I believe. long hair is not efficient, it gets in the way and takes extra space.
Aside of those minor details, great image, very good job!

Great pic... avi is one of the only good girls from the books ;), stupid aes sedia, and on rian's coment yes the aiel do cut there hair but avi grew hers out after starting to learn to be a wise one... didn't she??

Avienda has red hair, and the pic showes her having short hair around the top and long hair in the back. This is how it is supposed to be. Basically, the Aiel have overgrown rattails. the pic showes this excellently.

I think this is a really good pic, probably the best ive seen of Aviendha, although some details are worng and she looks a bit like an egyptian mummy. And a note to Chad, most aiel have blond or fair hair, its black hair that is rare. Obviously they would have blond hair if they lifed in the aiel waste beneathe tat scorching sun. Anywho, brilliant pic, keep it up!

On cover of book 5, Aviendha has blonde hair. And Aiel do have blonde hair. Some do. Flame red hair, blonde, mix of both sometimes. That's Aiel in general, not just Aviendha.
