Rand has a lot of burdens on his shoulders because he is the rescuer of the world and you can see his brodening of his shoulders here.

This is a wonderful depiction of Rand. The best I've seen so far. The only comment I would make is that he seems a little too harsh here. He is all powerful, but he is also a shepard.

I like the dragons on his arms. Sometimes, artists who sketch will make the dragons a little too dark, but this is perfect

too many guys commenting.... frist, Rand use the one Power, and anyone who uses the one power ages slower then most people so he's suspose look even younger his age! This would apply even more so, at the end of the books becuase has even more talent with the one power! Hes suspose to look young! >_< Not age 20 years just becuase it's been 11 books. Extremely GREAT shading, but sorry that this is way to Buff and old to be Rand... at least by the descriptions in the books.

You can't hardly go a paragraph about Rand in the later books without it saying how cold and dangerous he looks. and even the early books say he's more broad shouldered then even Lan (book two, when he's still in Shienar). As far as the muscle, he works out hard every day with teh spears and the sword, as is said more then once. I don't remember anything saying that men looked younger from the power too. Also, Rand does a lot, but it hasn't been that long a period of time for him to start looking younger even if he could. Besides have "the world resting on your shoulders" and see how young you look. Great job on the picture.

That's a very good picture, almost exactly as I pictured him, but yeah, he does look a little old. The whole top of his head is exactly how I thought, but his jaw makes him look....old and slightly different. But it's really good.

Talking to Barangall--Not really should he be agless. He has only been using the power for about a year. Using it enough to matter. And if you read a New Spring, they say that Moraine and Siuan Dont age until about 1-2 yrs after becoming Aes Sedai. And they were using it alot since they were nivices. Anyway, Awesome Pic. O yeah, The dragon is supposed to have 4 legs, sooo....otherwise good pic
