I like this picture but I would suggest for making Morgase a little less sexy and more regal.

Yes, agree with all above, looks like she was stripped from the pages of a magazine and then labled as Morgase. See a lot of WOT art like this - looks like characters were copied after actors/models. Good art no matter.

She looks too 1970s. it's the dress. Her hair should be more reddish, and her face more regal. You made the mistake that many artists do, you payed attention to the details of her actions around Gaebril, but you forgot that SHE was trying to please HIM, her expression is not right for that.
